All day sessions run for 2 hours. Session times are as follows:

Mon 8am, 11am & 2pm,

Tues 12pm, 3pm & 6pm,

Wed 8am, 11am & 2pm,

Thurs 12pm, 3pm, & 6pm,

Fri 8am & 11am, and

Sat 8am & 11am

We also host family friendly sessions twice a week:

Mondays 4:30-6:30pm, and

Saturdays 1:30-3:30pm

Our overnight sessions run from 9pm - 7am the next morning and these overnights run either on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night each week.

People always ask, how many hours will I need? That is like asking how long is a piece of string? All of our bodies are different, the starting place of our health, the way we detoxify, how good or bad our diet, what our stress levels are like, how much pure water we drink per day, how much sleep we get and how inundated our bodies are with environmental toxins.

All of these factors and many others determine how quickly our bodies heal. So everyone’s results vary wildly. Some people notice life changing results in just 2 hours or less, others after 30-60+ hours or more. And sometimes the body doesn’t heal in the order you think it should, the amazing intelligence that made the body knows exactly the order that it needs to heal in. We need to allow it time to do this. Because there is no ‘one size fits all’, it’s a matter of trying it out to see. People stay in the system anywhere from 2 hours to 10 hours per session.

Depending on your personal situation and desired results, it is suggested you visit us several times a week at first, for 2 hours each session. After these first few weeks, then come as often as you can or want - for longer sessions (4,6,8 or 10 hours) if you feel like your body would like longer in the system. When starting out, it is good to allow a day or two between sessions to allow the body to integrate that work that it is doing. It is recommended to work towards a base of 40 hours. Work within your budget and keep those 40 hours as close together as you can.

Many people who travel from inter-state, accomplish 40 hours over a 3 to 5 day period. Those who live more locally are doing 2 hours to 6 hours 2x a week until they reach 40 hours and then weekly or fortnightly until goals are met. The benefits are accumulative, the body continues to build on the healing from when you were last in the energy field. In essence, the more time you spend in the system, the greater the benefit.

But also, slow and steady wins the race. When the body is energized like it is in the EESystem, it wants to clean house first. We need to allow the body space and time to do this while supporting it with good food, pure water, detox baths. This is not a process that wants to be rushed.

It is very important to remember that the EESystem is not healing you and does not pinpoint what YOU want healed. The EESystem creates an optimal environment allowing your cells to rest and recharge which allows the repair of DNA, which in turn stimulates your body to begin fixing and flushing out problems according to your body’s hierarchy of needs.

To repeat, the EESystem does not heal you, your body heals you. There is no way to determine what area you may find improvement in, and not all ailments have symptoms that will produce noticeable change. Often, the symptoms we have that cause discomfort are coming from a much bigger problem that may take time to improve or resolve. Remember, we spent our whole life getting to the state we are in, it may take quite a few sessions to get you to your goals.

The effects of sitting in this ‘charged field’ are cumulative. The more you are exposed, the more your body can move towards a healthy millivolt level. The body begins to rejuvenate itself and initiates a powerful process of self-healing. The EESystem provides the ideal ‘frequency bath’ and the body responds with its innate wisdom, recalibrating to homeostasis. It is important to understand though, that if we go back to the exact same environment that caused the issues in the first place, inevitably, these will return. That is why we encourage all of our clients to look at what contributing factors added to the issue at hand and see if there are ways, they can make positive changes in these areas so the issue does not reoccur.

The body does its best healing while in Delta and Theta brain states which happen when you are asleep or just before sleep. If the eyes are open, 80% of the body’s energy is being used externally instead of being used to self-heal. So while we may want to always feel like we are being productive, this will not be conducive to your body healing itself. We have created a beautiful and calm atmosphere in the Centre and many people report the EESystem session is one of the most relaxing things they have ever experienced. So lay back, say all your prayers, visualize the body and health you want, meditate or just allow yourself to drift off to sleep. Of course, if you really want to bring a book to read or a quiet activity like drawing, you are most welcome to do this too.

Pets respond beautifully to the EESystem. We allow pets into the EESystem, on a case by case basis so please call and speak to one of our centre hosts so we can discuss this with you. Pets needed to be crated at all times while in an EEsystem session, completely clean and free of fleas and can only attend with a full paying client.

We run Family Friendly sessions twice a week where you can bring your children. Obviously these sessions will not be quiet and peaceful as most normal sessions due to the energy and activity of children. We ask that you bring a quiet activity or two for your children – no technology allowed inside the treatment room. And a drink of water and snack if needed. (Food is not permitted in the treatment room so you’ll need to pop out to the waiting room if they would like to eat something.)
